Neither are wrong, but I guarantee they are asking you this 5 months before the lease is up because if you say no, they'll walk. I

It's not right they plowed into your property and that's alot of snow, but I don't think lawyer talk is necessary yet..

I’m just curious if anyone has some useful tips for getting established as an agent, especially someone who isn’t necessarily efficient in small talk, ie approaching strangers, talking about my business.
