Post undergrad, I'll also stay in Texas. 

Getting a degree keeps your career options far wider than going back undergrad when you're in your 30s and have a family. 

I recently just sold my house hack/live in flip that I purchased after undergrad and it worked out great.

I am currently on track towards a business administration undergrad degree.

I graduated out of my undergrad not really knowing who i was out of school, let alone my future.

I almost did my undergrad in entrepreneurship but switched to finance and real estate.

For the next 8 months, I'm going to live with friends and family while I work, finish my last semester of undergrad, and try to make as much money/cash flow as I possibly can before starting medical school.  

My family has a few SFH rentals in Edmonton and I had managed an off-campus, 18-room student residence during undergrad at UAlberta.While I know the best time to get started on real estate, or any investing, is now rather than later, I am considering moving to the US to work tech. 

I am currently a sophomore undergrad at Syracuse University.

You should always have parents co-sign if they are undergrads.
