Though, even if I did have to paint the whole place again at least it is already the colors I use so it would be a quick single coat and some touch-up on the casing/trim as needed with the same paint.

Although we did get more rent for the properties, we still lost at least a month of rent each time screening applicants and doing light cleanup/touchup to the units.

If you're just going to rent it then repaint paint the red a neutral color and touch up the other areas with the paint you have left over.
