Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Missouri City.

This was my first real estate investment that I purchased. I bought this home during prime pandemic in July with the intentions to house hack it. Plan is to later rent it out after a year of living here and move onto my next investment. Home needed a few cosmetic touch ups and it is almost ready to be leased out. Expected cash flow for this this property will almost hit the 1% percent rule.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This home was in my hometown, so it made me confident in investing in a market I have known since I was young.

How did you finance this deal?

This home was purchased with an FHA loan.
