I flew home Friday, we had spent $800 on diesel, a bunch on hotels and meals and absolutley nothing to show for.. 

I have to decide by Friday if I take the job in Katy, Texas and I found an apartment I think I like around there - Aston at Cinco Ranch.

Had two units broken into, around 3:30 on a Friday.

I am going to test the chlorine levels in the water this Friday, but the tenant has asked about a whole-house water filter to reduce the chlorine levels. 

Have had crew's up to 9 men.It's almost a full time job just supplying product,  let alone babysitting them.9 men can do 4-6  four Plexes in 6 weeks .But ,  yes it took half of my day to and 2-4 hours every morning or evening getting product.Every one of my guys were, self employed for the daily work and paid cash every Friday.
