DSCR LTRThings to consider:1) Not looking at the right properties - I just Prequalified 3 TX properties for Buy and Hold LTRs on Friday.2) I/O DSCR Loans: All interest-only payments turn into fully amortized payments (but on shorter terms).

I did not use professional photos first, however I am getting that done on Friday and will update the listing!

This is just my thoughts on a Friday morning, I am always trying to learn, surround myself with new people, and become better in every area of my life.

I just checked my BiggerPockets profile to update the number of properties we own (just closed on #27 last Friday) and see that all my information has been blown away, there is nothing there! 

I do Saturday-Saturday and my big cabin, thought process is if you do Friday-Friday they're having to take off 6 days of work, whereas Saturday-Saturday it's 5. 

College students/people with job Mon-Friday in city/ people limited income rent a room.

A 2 day minimum for both Friday and Saturday does the trick most of the time.

The tenants are suppose to move in Friday.
