We all know this doesn't work well, see Russian built housing back in the 1917 and the ultimate privatization of real estate in the 90s due to issues faced.Is this an extreme?

It's like playing Russian roulette to not have insurance.  

My gut says yes to avoid playing Russian roulette with this, but if anyone does have on operational underground tank on a property I would be interesting in hearing what your rational was for keeping it.If I do remove the oil tank I have a few questions I was hoping the community could help me address:1.

Back in 2014 (and years before that), Russian Oligarchs were buying up London left and right and that certainly reflects the sharp increase for 2014.

Redemption is only a major risk if the record owner claims defective notice and $50K + equity at stake.The way I work these is to skip trace and buy any and all rights for redemption and I also claim overbid, thereby working both sides like a Russian Military Arms dealer.

Yeah I want to try and work under someone for starters I might be able to get some contacts too, I have a cousin in Fort Wayne, he was doing real estate there when he was about 25 years old he had multi million dollar deal going on building a whole area of like 250 homes for low cost living, but the lady he was working with at the Bank was some Russian woman or something, & she stole all the money when the deal was going down and left the country and my cousin was under fraud investigation by the FBI that got dropped after 5 years or so, But i'm sure he knows some of the locals that are reputable. 

Given that I'll be living in this property I do not want to buy in Mountain View, Fairview, Russian Jack, and certain parts of Muldoon.
