It's very useful to help quickly read through a forum post without re-reading the same content several times as you realize that's a quote you read above.

My wife and I have re-read the emails and they seem perfectly normal to us so I have no clue.

To be clear, I re-read the contract with the property manager and there is absolutely no mention of them charging me any more than they are being charged for services provided at my property.

Hi BP, no matter how many times I re-read David Greene's "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing" book, I still have trouble understanding how to quickly estimate rehab costs when you are looking at multiple different potential deals being sent over from out of state.
