Something does not check out. 1) the reps have very American sounding first and last name but their accents are completely not.

Are they treating it as passive automatically because you are not a REP?

I thought unless you're REPS it doesn't make sense to do cost seg, and accelerated and bonus depreciation.

Who pays for the buyer side rep?
