I did this when I had kids.also when I was raising my family I ONLY had major medical.. not sure if that exists today.. so doctors and prescriptions were not paid for.. but if you had a major medical were hospitalization was needed or accident or something that was covered. 

I've also seen utilities claim a prescriptive easement if the improvements have been there for a long enough time.Good luck and feel free to keep us informed of your progress.

Easement by prescription again, consideration given, get with your attorney, I'd write a letter demanding the money back or to pay half (or more) of my line to abandon my easement.

I say;  well you didn't complete the support animal screening at petscreening.com they and I need a copy of your support animal prescription from your Dr.   

Petscreening verifies their prescription is current and authentic, plus it keeps a record of the animal with shot records, pictures, etc.

A Dr. helping someone with no money or resources sounds better than less wait time on prescriptions in the US. 

If the disability is not obvious, then you have the right to ask for proof of the prescription to verify it's legit.
