Buy 20 signs (these are made of corrugated plastic and have wire frames that push into the ground)2. hand write on them "rent to own" "No bank qualifying" and my phone number. 3. put 3 of them in the front of the house that I have for sale and the others in busy areas where people can see them.that's it!

Our local economy, by my estimate, is about 20% shipping/imports, 30% fuel production, and 60% petro-chemical (plastics, clothes, 95,000 different chemicals extracted from oil, etc).

@Gail WhiteSo getting back to where we're at, late 80's built house, so no asbestos, popcorn ceiling, I would scrape it and expect to find a lousy or nonexistent finish job underneath it.Lay down a 3-mil-or-so plastic sheet in the room if you have reusable canvas down.
