Justin, Most of us are happy to help and offer advice, but in order to offer good advice details are usually needed.

We just had one last week...the "I thought we were past this" meltdown of being 42, financially secure, and doing another live in flip.

Hi all investor here with a sfh property in Oklahoma, I have been having ongoing plumbing issues almost every week with toilet clogs etc since last year, and recently they had to repair the sewer lines and had to excavate the backyard and living room floors costed me tens of thousands of dollars.

Now each week we go to both stores because there are some things we just can't get at Aldi but this has lowered our food costs significantly. 

There's at least a couple a week spread out around Houston.

Now, that demand has cooled landlords are now offering lower rents to entice new renters.
