I never liked the whole "ra ra" attitude Keller Williams tries to portray.

I am new to BP and investment properties. I am looking for recommendations on local Houston RAs who have experience in smaller multifamily investment properties. Does anyone have any recommendations?? Thanks!!

The RA charges you a one-time fee to be shown on your LLC.There's no other involvement unless you blunder into a lawsuit.

One thing they need to hear is you are supposed to be adults and I am not your RA, your parent or your friend...I Am your landlord...work it out.

I disagree with the plan of working 40 years to have a meager retirement I believe in all the self help ra ra crap,it is all mental I believe the biggest risk is not taking a risk I really like re and business.

I have suffered from debilitating RA for 6 years now.

Tech guy   Vs  Non tech guy.Well i just think it is more streamlined, like apple ( oopps ) hope you r a mac person , if not sorry . you could try it out .

My wife is an RA but hasn’t been active as of late since she’s raising the kids.  

Also, if another peril (cause of loss), such as wind. causes damage that allows the water in (ie. wind blows roof off so raing damages the interior) then there could be coverage.Any ground water that seeps in, surface water that gets in or damages the structure, or similar are normally insured with a Flood Insurance policy.
