@Andrew Steffens, I’m grateful for the die-hards around this joint, people who serve others with wisdom and experience.  

The company in question did not, and more so, gave a sense of urgency for me to pledge my interest in the deal as its first come first serve. 

Tenant move out in the middle of eviction process and we are unable to serve him.Any suggestions on how to proceed with money judgement as we cannot locate him to serve him ?
