We all know that in a down market, what kick starts the economy is the willingness investors have to purchase properties.

I want to use this down time to kick start our real estate investing business; with a little luck I will not have to go back to the old rat race grind.

I think the main benefit would be kickstarting an industry (auto) part of the economy that's been badly beaten during this recession in order to provide a boost, jumpstart, even if only a temporary one.
