If you're not both on board, you're itching for problems.

I'm a newbie who is itching to buy my first small multifamily to house-hack.

I just secured a HELOC on our family home and frankly I'm itching to get this money working for us but I want to be certain I am investing in the best market.

I am a newbie here and I am just itching to get into REI.

Coming across this website and the Financial Independence subreddit, I've gotten an itch to increase my rental real estate portfolio to start generating residual income.  

Now that the family and I are getting settled down into the new house, I find myself getting the itch to do another flip or possibly start investing in some rentals so that I can put myself in a good position when my full time job comes to an end in a few years. 

I've been pre approved, I have my Realtor, I have my target neighborhood, I've been out roaming neighborhoods and running numbers on the BP calculators, I've been to my first REIA meeting in Richmond and now I'm just itching to pull the trigger.

I'm really itching to do my first deal, but I guess closing on my house is the first deal I need to finish.

I wish I had that itching when i was younger.
