I would like to know if there are any big real estate clubs in the east bay that I can network and hold monthly meet ups?

In late 2019, the economy was slowing, and inflation was at bay, so the Fed began cutting at a similar pace to what the market is expecting in late 2024.

I'm a property manager, lender, broker, and investor with over 20 years of experience in the Tampa Bay area, including Tampa, Clearwater, Largo, and Saint Petersburg.

I’m looking for residential multi-family’s in the the Tampa Bay Area, so that includes mostly all surrounding cities.  

Our property is what I believe you term as a Class A rental  4000 sq ft on 5 acres in the Bay Area.  

I sold a condo in the Bay Area because of the ever increasing HOA fees and bad financial management of the HOA - this went against my rule of selling off CA properties. 

I stay north of hwy 8 because I live in north county but I believe the markets most likely to out perform San Diego general RE market are all in South Bay.  

Of course in the Bay Area 2K may still be a C property.
