So, this sounds like the best option, since I plan on buying a few around the same price range all I need to do is make sure that each property will appraise for $50k and bingo, I have multiple properties, paid back the private/hard money lender and now I have successfully refinanced these properties into one loan.The biggest issue is getting the initial purchase price funded so that all of this can happen after the fact.
