Wholesaling in Maryland & Pennsylvania

Hi BP Community,

I've been lurking in the forums for about a month, trying to educate myself. Plus I've listened to at least a dozen podcasts so I at least know the basics (in theory). The good news is that I have been involved in housing - on the trade group/non-profit side - for several years (If you google me, you might actually find a few of my TV/radio/newspaper interviews).

Anyway, I am looking to wholesale in MD (preferably Baltimore City, Baltimore County, PG, Montgomery, Howard - areas I am familiar with) and eastern PA (mainly because I made friends with a Philly area buyer when I was on vacation in December).

I'd like to hear from some local buyers regarding their parameters/types of deals they are looking for as well real estate agents in MD and PA who work with investors. I'll also be at the MeetUp in Pasadena on 3/3.

The bottom line is that I want to do this the right way before I take the plunge, so any advice or connections would be very helpful.

Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you all.
