It is close to  University sonwe benefit from parent visits as well as graduation and football games.

We have considered after a year or 2 after collecting income  , to sell the homes for 10-14k , its hard to sell mobile homes  , but in a fantasy world , lets say we were to sell them for 12k which would get us back $276,000 , we of course hope to have made money in this time frame to justify the sell .

I suppose getting a contractor on-site is the most responsible route for due dilligence, just don't want to waste time for everyone involved if this is fantasy land.

Comcast cable charges everyone a sports fee so they don't have to charge extra for the sports package and I hate football, baseball, basketball and don't ever watch them.

Now this may seem common sense but I assure it is a common ailment of mass delusion as many are seeking the price of the negative load with all the attributes of the positive load, or what we call fantasy land. 

(Watching football while typing is not a good idea.) :)

If you buy a brand new property or a house in fantasy land you can budget $0 for these items.  

I would take the home confinement too.....sit around and watch football and drink beer.

Florida ....and the population of Canada is a lot more than FL.Vaccination is fortunately not as much of a political football here and people actually understand science so I expect that there will be some very vocal people groaning but most people will welcome the chance to show their love for their elders and neighbours...Canada definitely has a lot of warts (a la native Americans) but being pro life is definitely not one of our warts :-)
