I can't tell you how many times I've gone to the property and it is gone, or you figure out something is wrong, maybe the legal description, or the address, or there is $100,000 worth of junk there you need to haul off that was not in the pictures, or that cool commercial building, that when you get there has the faint words that you can now make out to be a former dry cleaner, or gas stations, or lead smelter, or oil change shop or something like that. 

He now owns a major commercial dry-wall company. 

Caulk isn't used to patch drywall because it is very soft when it dries. 

Instead they've somehow been brainwashed into rinse-dry-repeat formulas that lack foresight.

When the storm broke and search and rescue found him he was leading his companion out in perfect shape, warm, and dry, on the trail home in a fairly bad storm.I always told them the truth. 

But there’s been a bit of a dry spell for viable properties being available in my area recently.

If they continually kill deals they will get a reputation and the Realtor referrals will dry up and they will have little work.

They will let you hang to dry. 

The vacation rental market hasn't suddenly dried up.
