some tenants chose not to get the propane so they essentially had decorative fireplaces.We have removed free standing wood burning stoves from rentals but have never torn out brick/masonry fireplaces and chimneys.

Even though I'm a novice at REI, I actually know a bit about this particular topic thanks to my mom who is a buy and hold investor.For each of the residential properties that she owns, she writes up her own lease and lists each and every detail regarding rent, pet policies, furnishing policies, decorating and appliances, etc.

The trick is to plan and buy something now when you need it a week from now.I've looked there and I've only found unmatched sets of Sladge/Quikset or single pieces or glass/decorative doorknobs from the 19th century for "bargain antique" prices.
