I rely on personal care assistants (PCAs) for daily help, which are fortunately covered by government benefits.

This isn’t typical living noise; it’s loud enough to disrupt our sleep and daily lives.

Reality was whoever bought it would have to live there to manage it and operate it daily.

Not sure if we'll do more, but it surely won't ever be high volume...so expensive or highly customizable solutions don't make a lot of sense.

AirDNA ran an analysis and Washer/Dryer units rented out at a higher daily rate and occupancy than those without. 

The other qualities of being successful is just consistency, do it daily.  **** is hard, but that's the reason not everyone is successful. 

Also my area has a low volume of available units which generally means it’s easy to get vacant units rented quickly.

I start with cleaning and repairs, then I apply it towards utilities, legal fees, late fees, and rent, usually in that order.I also have a holdover clause that says the tenant is charged 4x of the monthly rent, prorated daily if they hold onto the property after lease termination.
