If this is how they are treating a potential investor/customer who will bring them money, I wonder how they are going to treat existing investors who already have their capital tied up with Sunrise.Hope I am the last one!  

The customer service/property management hasn't been as proactive as I thought it would be.

Hey Rachelle, I'm a broker and investor up in Sacramento, and manage about 100 investment properties, almost all Airbnb / STR.

Best to evaluate this question on paper with an experienced broker.

If this were a Real Estate secured note,  a note broker or flipper might offer you up to about 65% of the remaining balance whereas an investor who is building passive income streams week offer up to about 90%. 

I have been cold calling direct-to-seller and working with brokers to find deals.I don't understand how properties, in East Boston, for example, are trading at around 5.3 cap when rates are around 6.5%.
