And I think what you saying is that on BP there is a lot of RA RA that newer or first time landlord investors don't really fully comprehend all aspects of being a landlord. especially a long distance one. 

I mostly get deer in headlights or glazed over expressions from folks that can't comprehend all that goes into this or who find it exceedingly boring.  

My partner at the time bailed because we were NOT cutting corners & he found the work time consuming, expensive & too involved to comprehend.
