Getting your Real Estate License

Hello!

I am new to this site and real estate investing, and I really wanted to get started in Wholesale Real Estate. But in California, there are concerns for wholesale deals being considered "broker" deals, and was told one of the ways to avoid this grey area was to get my real estate license. A few questions on that: 1) What would be the best sites to do this online? 2) Would real estate agent license be enough (as an agent) or would I have to get my broker's license? 3) What are my other options?

All answers are greatly appreciated!!
