I have STR investors in Florida making 25% cash on cash returns, long term rental investors picking up properties directly off the MLS and cash flowing day 1 in various states, and house hackers completely removing their housing payment from the picture allowing them to save for for the next property.The beautiful thing about real estate is there are so many ways to succeed and a plethora of strategies depending on your comfort level and how active you want to be.

Get things in writing if you're not comfortable with what you see or hear.

Get out of your comfort zone.

So people fill comfortable.  

However, by 5-6 months I'm pretty comfortable and 30 mins seem to be enough time, but stills feel rushed.2) I wish they would have some of their weekly meetings for '6-12' month clients.

I appreciate you chiming in, I may be overstepping my comfort zone with Sheboygan for now! 

The current trading volume is mostly one crypto sloshing into another crypto, not billions of fiat flowing in and out per day.Like @Jerry Shen we too have a crypto position that's a much larger portion of our liquid funds than we feel comfortable with due to recent run-up. 

Get out of your comfort zone.

I'll echo what Zeke mentioned about interviewing multiple realtors / PM's / Contractors to make sure you can get a good idea of what the area is like, in addition to working with someone you're comfortable with.
