I am looking to buy a former ACE Hardware building that is a 15,000 sq ft shell for $450k.

Hey guys so far rent-redi has been aces for us.

We have a few other investment properties in California and Portland, Oregon  After exhausting efforts in Portland, my husband and I purchased a new investment property in City of Ventura.  

I am married to a chemical engineer and he absolutely says the stuff Home Depot or Ace hardware recommends is as good as what Orkin is going to spray.  

I am a firm believer in aces in their places.

I read into renterup.com and see there is a $4.95 fee that you can have the tenant pay (just like with paynearme), but there is also monthly per unit fees you must pay:https://www.renterup.com/pricing/#toggle-id-2As abundant as 7-Eleven is, I can't believe there is none near your rentals....or the ACE Cash Express.

Not exactly sure where at the moment because the Ventura County market is expensive and that is where I am going to live once I'm out of the military for at least a few years.
