I'd like to find a Company that is large enough to accomodate the needs of additional buildings, well staffed, well organized and able to take on both rent collection, day to day operations, accounting and larger build-outs or cap-ex needs. 

You can also simply not charge the rent for times where the unit is uninhabitable.In this specific instance I'd likely collect rent and not cover accomodations.
