This is in reference to the following cities;Moreland Hills, Orange, Pepper Pike, Gates Mills, Hunting Valley, Woodmere.Solon, Glenwillow.Beachwood, Lyndhurst.Mayfield Heights, Mayfield.Chagrin Falls, Bentleyville.I haven't seen much talk of these cities on here.

I’d also recommend looking East along rt 90 (mass pike) since there are often good deals on MF in those small towns and I think you’ll find a very stable tenant base, which is what we find in the suburbs surrounding major cities. 

Somerset, Ocean, Monmouth, Bergen NJ Pike, Monroe PA W Palm Beach Fla

They are close to hiking and fantastic sightseeing areas like Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Canyon, Pikes Peak and downtown OCC.

Snow on Pikes Peak and the front range is a photographer’s canvas for sure!  

(Don't get me started on the toll road or Leesburg Pike).Arbitrage isn't my first choice.

And not just HOA but Municipal and County level restrictions too.Just because STRs are allowed there now (yet to be determined), make sure there's no legislation or CC&Rs coming down the pike that will restrict future use of the house.

I am going back to the original idea of renting the two car garage, which has room for AVTs or other toys space rentals.  

I also have a biker style clothing company called Joshua Tree Sun which has connected me with tons of LA fashion people and JT transplants who are very much on the "in" as far as whats coming down the pike in JT.

I like the Columbia Pike corridor.
