Hello, How do you set up a property inspection so that the cash buyers can inspect without meeting with the seller and try to steal the deal, understanding that I can't be there because it's virtual?

OR you could go stealth , get a van , some cameras , some dark sunglasses and do a stakeout , eat crappy junk food and drink lots of coffee .
