Read the fine print in the foundation repair contract: "Damages to the property, interior and exterior as a result of the foundation movement are not covered, during and after works completion.

I want to move into Commercial Real Estate when the work slows down with this new property.There's a lot of learning to do (perpetually), and I hope to learn and help out here.I'm in search of a Real Estate Attorney and a great Tax Advisor in the area, if anyone knows of one.
