I toyed with my company name for a while because when you pick a 'less professional' name, there is a lot of room to go wrong with it.

Of course my method for building that wealth is through real estate.What this means is that I don't have the newest latest and greatest toys that everyone else seems to have (smartphones, tablets, fancy headphones, etc.)

I have been toying with an idea to have 4-6 1,200-2,000 sq foot shops, with a shared conference room and office area.

Living near a port city and seeing all the trucks moving containers from the ships to the distribution centers says those fun toy drones will NEVER replace high capacity trucking.If we come to the point that only managers(Chiefs) can afford homes, condos and rentals, then where will all the little Indians go and what will the Chiefs actually manage?

I still have all of my tools incl great laser level, etc and I want to see how long it will take me to knock it out for future reference too, but we're talking about a week of work at most and I'll have a helper too.Just make damn sure that whoever you hire is not only not a clown or a goof (unfortunately common sometimes) but that they've got liability ins coverage (and don't hesitate to call that ins co to verify it either!

They have a bunch of rentals and the owner Tom Toye is an agent.

Do a search for "property exempt from a judgement in Texas" and you will see the list is extensive and unless they own rental property or expensive toys(difficult) you will not collect unless they decide to pay. 

My current plan is to wait until/if the price of a condo/house is like a disposable toy to us, so the return will not matter.
