I would think there'd be some redundant/competing offerings between a property manager and a home warranty company.Also to speak to your previous response - you as well as others on here are essentially implying that the 'make vs. buy' decision is largely informed by whether you are buying from a company that's in the black. 

I just don't like the word deposit as it implies commitment, and you should be getting multiple bids before committing to one contractor vs another.
