Most sales are AS IS WHERE IS and many fail to address interim servicing terms costs and obligations along with clear definitions of delivery of collateral and what is collateral.  

They're going to be looking for large companies to provide service work at a flat fee & they will find companies that will promise the moon and the stars but fall flat on delivery.

Maybe listor and seller weren't on same page at the beginingI'm calm now, thank you, just don't like the feelingof being played.The listor delivery was abrasive I guess.

I don't want them to be too cramped, in case some tenants need deliveries via semi-truck. 

I am thinking about how technologies have severely disrupted industries like the recording industry, cable TV, auto sales, taxi/limo services, food ordering and delivery, investing, etc.

One CD I have mentioned you can hire a flyer guy who is already being paid to place pizza delivery flyers, and pay them a certain amount to place your post-it as well, while they are at it.

If you can handle it, get a paying gig driving: pizza delivery, Uber etc. 

Open work orders, in-progress orders, advances made to contractors. yes this last one is BIG, you always pay 50% down say and the rest on delivery.

"Under sell and over deliver" is a great approach to business

They in turn can accept/decline the job with promise delivery date and price quote.
