GeorgeDowney, can't hear that name without remembering a very hot summer day and being  stuck in a traffic jam that moved a car length every 10 minutes but the real problem is we were behind an open truck of rotting pig carcasses that let out a full force gas attack on all of us around him.Any way one of the latest buzzes is Condos.

If that's the case you may get them to drop the value to avoid counter claims, in this case, with an attorney as the gatekeeper as Rick mentioned, your chance is slim and none I'd guess at attacking them.Every property that someone wants to sell is not necessarily a deal and you can't make them a deal by pulling rabbits of your hat.

Failing to properly execute documents or identify yourself can certainly leave you in the cold.The liability I would address is that between members within the company and as to one cell to another rather than an outside matter attacking all the cells as insurance needs to be sufficient for the company.
