You've got Lifestyles Unlimited, Brad Sumrok, Michael Blank, Think Multifamily, Total Wealth Academy, and probably several others that have big conference where you can meet dozens of syndicators.   

While they don’t have unlimited access to public spaces, the Fair Housing Act mandates “reasonable accommodations” for emotional support animals even in buildings that don’t allow pets.If the dog is truly an ESA, I would request a medical letter from the doctor that told her it was ok to have an ESA.

Also try out the Old Capital Podcast (they are Dallas based apartment lenders) and Michael Blank has some good content.Finally I don't have any experience with them but I know there are some investor education and networking groups like Lifestyles Unlimited in the Texas area I hear mentioned on podcasts.

So what I just got 30% of a great deal which is still better than 100% of no deal and because I put nothing down my return on investment is unlimited.

I am just getting started in real estate investing and I am very excited about the unlimited potential of opportunities that are available.

Not having an unlimited supply of money to keep buying more is a good one. 

And I have an unlimited list of properties and investment project plans in all areas of the island.

Being able to have unlimited access to the investment calculators alone makes it worth the while.

The good news:  They offered the best rate and had unlimited capacity to lend so I could do more and bigger deals with them as time goes on.
