After a period of time if no one makes claim the filer motions the court to state that any other parties are excluded from ownership and he has whatever ownership is he is claiming.

For uniformity and the effect of the presentation, having all your docs look similar is a plus.

I try to limit my slovenliness if I have to be seen in public with my people - my wife, parents, or band mates - but beyond that my typical uniform is a pair of Russell athletic shorts, a Grateful Dead T-shirt and either no shoes, Birkenstocks, or a "fancy" version of Crocs.

Exterior illumination, can it be motion activated?

It makes for a more uniform and predictable experience.

While we are not planning to make the jump right away, we would like to be setting the wheels in motion re: working on realtor/contractor licenses over the winter.Thanks in advance for your insights!
