Also, keep an eye out for an oil tank... in my neck of the woods they are one of the biggest issues with old houses and can cost thousands of dollars if they have leaked and the soil needs remediation.

That promotes savings.We could get rid of a large portion of the DOE, programs like SS, medicare and medicaid, welfare, keep the FDIC for deposit insurance but cut their workforce at leas tin half and stop breathing down the necks of banks and imposing process and procedure regulations instead of top level regulations.

I'm alright aside from the neck that won't quit hurting (seeing chiro tomorrow), however my jeep is dead and I've spent pretty much each day since then in bed.

Unless of course you want to just sell the house FSBO, if you know what you're doing you can sell the house faster and for more money than any agent can anyway.In our neck of the woods commissions are negotiable up or down.. nothing illegal at all about it.. for land sales I routinely charged 10 to 20% commissions..  

The rate is predicted to hover around the 3% for 2020, & as long lenders flex their muscle a bit, we'll be o.k.
