I've seen a few newer studio apartment blocks listed which seem to offer great value/yield as well as being easier to maintain, especially with the new govt Healthy Homes legislation.

I would be very worried about the rent control legislation that keeps getting tossed around in your area as we have seen a flood of investors moving their holdings over here to Idaho because of just those things.

Out of curiousity, what sort of legal/legislation do you focus on? 

I'm currenlty in the WLA and try and attend the RHAW legislative updates for state happenings. 

They give us all a bad name and that is why states are cracking down and writing legislation to tighten the screws on wholesalers.
