I would plan to do upgrades right away before re-launching it, for the major things at least but then others could be done over time.

He recently came out with a "world's first blockchain NFT for tokenized real estate," (Tykes), hyped it up a ton, and then shortly after launch completely stopped marketing for it.

On the flip side, if you are very skilled at identifying high upside companies at launch then the ROI would be substantial.
