.- By EOY 2021, have $D remaining in our savings account ready for investing after primary house projects, travel expenses and other household expenses.- By end of first quarter 2021, have $E in Net Worth.Long Term Goals might be along the lines of:- By EOY 2023, pay off mortgage on primary house.- By EOY 2024, replace both paid off vehicles with newer vehicles - goal is two replacement vehicles around 3 years old, paid off, under 40K miles eachIn my plan I also have micro-goals or whatever you want to call them, in 3 sections: 1- Learn (read x books on RE, read x books on general investing, research this aspect of RE, etc.)2- Act (create a tracking document for y, evaluate 10 properties each month for potential flips using BP calc, meet with financial advisor for yearly review, etc.)3 - Assess (complete quarterly Net Worth tracking to monitor progress, check assets breakdown for re-allocation, etc)Hope this helps.
