No one is going to do anything if people do not stick up for themselves.. you can also get a lawyer I suspect a few harshly written letters to Morris ( forget Oceanpointe) I suspect they will be insolvent.. but Morris I suspect has the wherewhithal to make this right.One person got on BP and did one U tube and posted it here and Morris made a deal with him to take it down and then they would REALLY go renovate like they should of in the first place or give the guy his money back.. in a stunning admission the guy gave MOrris a pass and kept the property.. the reality Is these properties are not as advertised..

There's too many risks, including illegal/illicit use, including copyrighted material and FIOS as you can see is taking harsh measures (slow spleed, freeze account for days, freeze account indefinitely after 6+ file transfers, even if same title).Additionally, there are the complaints that the wifi signal is poor etc in a certain room (which is pretty much inevitable).. and even when the tenant defaults paying rent altogether and/or abuses it, there might be the future claim of that 'utility' provided prematurely being cut off, even if its complimentary?

Cut the plant, put the chemical on the frash cut stump and it kills it down to the roots. 

I am relativity new to St louis market (Iv been investing in Indiana where this was not a requirement) so my question is this all over North City and County or specifically a harsh requirement of the Jennings municipality?

Chemical treatment is as effective as heat.

My contract states that the property is being used for investment purposes only, but I'm thinking that a judge would look more harshly at an company being sued for violating the terms of the agreement in a commercial deal than an individual who may or may not have known what he was getting into.  

No need to worry about harsh winters and using your snow shovel, snow chains or snow tires.

I may come off a bit harsh on the REIN but I know that the individuals that make it up are good at what they do but if you're new it can be a little difficult to break in at times. 

For example, the no hazardous chemicals document, SERIOUSLY???!!!
