If market rents are $900 and $750 why are you choosing to supplement their rent out of pocket.

If that’s not the case, then the assessed value would be stepped up to FMV and you could be getting a supplemental property tax bill as of the date of death.

I'm looking to start building my rental portfolio and generate monthly cashflow to supplement my earned income.

The thing that confuses me is all the supplemental steps to make an offer.

Not to sound sycophantic but I think deciding to supplement the podcasts by introducing different content such as mindsets along with advanced theory is spot on.
