I think this thread should be closed / deleted , it’s getting to political and I feel it has no place in these forums... just my 5cents 

You could also filter by people who have owned their property for more than 10 years (which means they're likely to have more equity to play with, thereby allowing them to accept a lower offer from you).If you know what your target price range is - you might consider deleting some of the properties that clearly aren't going to cut it (this will just help you save money on sending mail to people you won't be doing business with).

Same for when you go to delete criteria.When I have called and had questions they have been helpful.

I think you can also delete those that waste your time, or normally avoid them In case you joined recently, there is a revamping on the influence points due to scamming the system and problems with it.

This has been covered on another thread, but isn't a bad deal from a wholesaler just a push of the delete button?
