It is my experience that the North Shore as a whole does command substantially higher rents than RI generally speaking.  

You can get solid yearly rents in these areas, but not sure how strong the vacation rental model would work in these areas since they aren't technically close to coastal which is the area that commands stronger rents.

Again, the property will be located just outside of Boston, so it should command solid rents (i.e. $1800-$2200/month, per unit).
