There are a lot of companies that have begun doing raises.

I'm excited to give it a try.I have just begun to see all these forms of communication in the same light. 

By 1031 exchanging my pricey RE in San Diego for soon to be 7 apartment complexes and 109 front doors, I have increased my cash flow from $50,000 a year to $120,000 a year and rapidly rising, due to a few repositioning value plays that will just begun to cash flow smartly, plus this new 24 unit too.  

I've begun pricing out HELOCs and it's daunting.

Of course, I have already begun speaking with owners that are less well capitalized and are willing to consider significant discounts from where they were just a few weeks ago.While I think most owners that have adequate reserves and do not have a short fuse on their existing debt will be ok over the long term, it is difficult for me to say for sure that an adequate refi ability will exist in the next 3-6 months or so.

I've also begun listening to the Real Estate Investing Mastery podcast as well as the Biggerpockets podcast, and signed up for Kent Clothier's email list.I'm currently working at a Realtor's office calling leads, and although I'm very low on funds, plan to set up my LLC so I can start wholesaling and plan on attending local REIA meetings to learn more and begin networking.Although there are a lot of avenues in real estate I am interested in, I will be focusing my time and efforts in wholesaling in the beginning.

Floor repairs/install has begun with tile starting Monday. 

Unfortunately, the adventure has just begun.
