Have any of you ever been threatened, robbed, physically attacked, or felt your life was threatened by either a tennant or a prospective tennant?

I know what zipcodes to attack for wholesaling some of these.

You should always attack those areas.

Regardless, I am among many other individuals who have a terrible reaction to black mold and landed me in the hospital with a terrible asthma attack.  

I haven't seen much from you in the forums other than hype and personal attacks with implications of my comments being BS.

I feel this is just another attempt at attack, but I will respond. 

Instead they attack the boogeyman landlords knowing it will only make the problems worse, but that they will gain votes from the stupid voters. 

Want to take another try instead of attacking me for my view on the subject?

Just not sure how many of the certificates will never pay and the property may be worthless.I think there is a line you dance around - once you have substantial dollars to invest (over 100k is substantial to me) - then you have to decide how to attack due diligence to make sure you don't buy headache liens with bad underlying properties.I know not everyone does a lot of due diligence all the time.

His posts on PIGS is a prime example as to why some people "attack" him or don't believe him even though he explains why.
