West Virginia would be even better if we would just declare ourselves a sanctuary state for energy (coal, oil, natural gas) as opposed to letting liberals from CA and NY make laws which deliberately attack our extraction industries.

In OR, there are a couple of landlord associations trying, however, its an uphill battle:1) Almost all judges will do whatever they can to help tenants - Just like with FEDs2) Suing state govt is like attacking China.
