West Virginia would be even better if we would just declare ourselves a sanctuary state for energy (coal, oil, natural gas) as opposed to letting liberals from CA and NY make laws which deliberately attack our extraction industries.

In OR, there are a couple of landlord associations trying, however, its an uphill battle:1) Almost all judges will do whatever they can to help tenants - Just like with FEDs2) Suing state govt is like attacking China.  

Zero in on a market, Identify your strategy i.e buy and hold/flip etc...And attack it. 

If you did, you can probably get them to waive any reserve requirements for the one you're living in.The other way to attack it is patience.  

The more I think about it, while I would love to pay off my larger debts the quickest, I think the interest that I am being charged, a couple of cards that I have I am paying a little over 24% on, is what I am going to attack first.

I'd continue saving and then once you're married you'd attack the debt jointly.
