We have our bins ready to go when the dumpster gets to us. 27 gallons is a good size because one person can still move them if they're half-filled with plaster debris/demoed tile/concrete rubble, 3/4 filled with drywall or other chopped up sheet goods, or fully filled with random cleanout crap/lumber.

Attic area is partially done (no electrical, plumbing, etc, just the basically the lumber is put down but that could be turned into a one bedroom,kitchen,bathroom rental space as well, but again I was told not to put anything decent in there if I buy it.)
